Hi, years ago I linked my band's artist profile to my personal Spotify account (not Facebook connected). The band has been inactive for a couple of years, so now when I tried to access the artist profile at artists.spotify.com, I couldn't access it but was asked to "claim artist profile" once again.
This time I created a new free Spotify account using the same artist e-mail as our Facebook page, which allowed me to claim it immediately. Great! Now I can update the artist image, bio etc.
However, the artist profile is still linked to my old personal account somehow! For example, if I create a new public playlist on my personal account, it still shows up on the artist profile despite there being no apparent connection between these accounts anymore.
I have been e-mailing with Spotify support but they just keep sending me standard copy/paste answers about playlists and accounts.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'd recommend reaching out to the Creator Services team so that they can unmerge your profile and artist page.
