Artists registration process

Hello, few days ago I checked my account Artist in Sportify, but have not yet been answered if the process was completed.
I want to associate the account with my music Spotify Spotify and interact with fans.
How I can know the status of the process?

Yes, about 3 weeks, or more, I completed this registration process in http://www.spotifyartists.com/verification/ but have not received confirmation email.

You won't receive any confirmation email but once your request is processed, you'll notice it in the client.
