Avsluta premium till konto med glömt lösenord

Hej!
Jag har ett konto hos er som jag helt glömt bort mitt lösenord till, och mailen som är registrerad till det kontot 
är min gamla mail som jag inte kan logga in på. Kontot jag har hos er är ett premiumkonto och drar pengar varje månad.
Jag vill avsluta det eftersom jag inte kan logga in på kontot. Kan ni avsluta det åt mig? Jag kan inte betala varje månad för ett
konto som jag inte kan logga in på. Finns det möjlighet att detta går att lösa, antingen genom att ni stänger av premium eller att jag kan få lösenordet skickat till min nya mail? 

Användarnamnet på kontot som jag inte kan logga in på är " hallihallålillablå " .

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. They will be able to cancel your account for you after verifying a few private details via email which can't be done here on the community.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
