Becoming a rockstar.

Hi, i wanted to know how did you guys become rockstars because i've been trying to be a rockstar for a while now just because i want to customize my playlists. I am currently a Concert VIP and it says i should be able to change my avatar without facebook and use an uploaded avatar, but i can't do that on Spotify. I can only do that on Community. I'm thinking maybe my community account is not connected to my spotify account? Even though the usernames are the same and when i click account on community my spotify account pops up but i don't know... Please help me i'm so desperate. Thank you in advance.

Wait, are you asking two questiosn at once? To become a Rock Star, you must follow these instructions: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Community-Blog/Spotify-Community-Rock-Star-Program/ba-p/580...

You cannot change your profile picture in Spotify. You must have a Facebook and connect it.

As Toadtoad state before, you need to follow the instructions HERE to become a Rockstar. However, unlike he said, you CAN change your profile picture. If you want to do so, you need to do it from the Spotify Desktop app, in your computer. Just go to your profile, overlay your mouse pointer on your profile picture and a "Change" button will pop up. Pretty self explainatory then, just upload your new avatar with a minimum size of (if I'm not wrong) 300x300px . The same can be done on Playlist covers in case you're wondering.
