Been charged 3 times.

I tried to do the upgrade twice last week and failed ( There was a message about "Issues with my bank") and this week, checking my account balance I noticed I was charged 3 times and I don' t have Premium access yet.

 

I am not alone , there is a thread in Spanish (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Me-cobraron-3-veces/m-p/1358850#M20...) with the same problems.

 

I am from Mexico, btw.

Please contact support here so they can help you sort this out.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

No response from Spotify Support, yet.

You'll usually recieve a reponse within 24-48 hours.

Hey @Ursusinme!

Please keep in mind that Spotify can take up to 48 hours to reply.
If you are still waiting for a reply, they are handling your case.
If you don't receive any email after the 48 range then feel free to email again.
Don't email before the range because you'll create another thread and it might take even longer for the first email.
