Billed Twice for Failed Spotify Student Premium Activation

Hello. I was trying to activate the student premium option, but Spotify couldn't access my student records. So i tried doing this again and it still wouldn't do it. So i thought I would just wait till I got home to check my info and try it again, but unbenounced to me, Spotify charged me twice for these two incomplete interactions. It doesn't show in my receipts record, but on my bank account it does say the amount of $5 was deducted twice by Spotify. Anyone know how I can get this refunded? Thanks.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
