Hacked and changed the name on my account. Still linked to my credit card and email.

Some one else's facebook account seems to be connected to my Primuim Spotify account. I never connected my facebook account, and all of a sudden I am Justin Jager and am subscribing to all sorts of German music with a list of 174 friends none of whom I know. Please advise. I have no idea what's going on with my account, nor if any of my information has been taken or hacked into. I want to disable my Spotify account but don't want to cut the tie loose if there is something to figured out here...HELP!!

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
