Billing Cycle is changing Wildly each month

Why is My Billing Cycle changing Wildly each month (15th, 8th, 5th etc.)? I need it to be consistent for a special purpose and also it is not leagally correct to bill in Full monthly for only 3 weeks periods, etc.

This Needs to Stop & Stop Now!!

You should be billed every 30 days, so it should only really change by a day or so depending on the month. 

Are you sure you aren't being billed more than once per month which would indicate you actually have multiple subscriptions running on multiple accounts. You can view the receipts on your account from your Account overview

You should be billed every 30 days, so it should only really change by a day or so depending on the month. 

Are you sure you aren't being billed more than once per month which would indicate you actually have multiple subscriptions running on multiple accounts. You can view the receipts on your account from your Account overview

Thank you for your prompt reply, here it is per my Spotify payment records, to back up my Credit card posting.

It appears from this, although it's more varied in the Credit card stmt, that there was just one, however they took a full month payment for only 21/22 day period, without adjusting the payment amount.

They in affect stoled 1/3 month extra payment in August of this year from me and probably many if not all members. This could be $1,000,000's, and as a CPA & Banker this is a Very Serious issue and Needs to be looked at Professionally from the proper authorities.

It appears it may have been intentional with no credit adjustment in the later month?

The outside auditors will catch it for sure, but then??

Your payment date should not be changing that dramatically, so we'll need to investigate this.
