Bought Premium for 3 months for 0,99€

Bought Premium for 3 months for 0,99€

Hey,  I bought Spotify Premium yesterday for 3 months for 0,99€ and I can't get the Premium work, even if I log out and log in again on the account. I haven't had the confirmation email but stil the 0,99€ has been paid on my account. What can I do?

There was no receipt on my account page. Still my bank account says that I
have had paid the price. -##

Have you got an email that has confirmed your Premium purchase?

No I haven't.

I bought Spotify premium for 99p for 3 months however I have been charged £9.99 and Spotify won't reply to my emails to request for a refund and explaination!! What do I do?

Do the charges on your bank show as "pending"?

No, they have legit charged me £9.99 😞

@rrouskis_97, if the charges show as pending they'll reimburse you the price, they're test charges in order to see if the card works. No money will be taken from your account.

If you want to subscribe to the offer I suggest using a private tab/incognito mode, or using another browser.

 

@eparnell-10, if the card that you used to subscribe to the offer was used previously for the offer on another account you won't be able to subscribe and Spotify will charge you the full price.

If you have been a Premium subscriber before you aren't eligible for the offer.

If this isn't your case I suggest reaching out @SpotifyCares or sending a mail to support@spotify.com

But when I'll be able to get my money back? Because I still haven't got it
back.
