Button to start 30-day trial of premium does nothing

Button to start 30-day trial of premium does nothing

Currently using Free account on Windows 10 (in Canada). I want to activate the 30-day free trial of premium, but the button to do so does nothing -- tried on multiple devices, multiple browsers. No response at all. Never get to screen to enter payment details.

 

Can anyone help?

Thanks for this. I contacted them through Twitter, and they did get back to me. By that time, I had already tried the upgrade process again, and it worked. This was after many unsuccessful attempts. There must have been some temporary issue with their web site.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
