error code 18 - can't reinstall Spotify!

Hi to everyone, I'm trying to reinstall my spoytify, sorry for my english but i'm italian. I can't reinstall cause it comes to me an error: ERROR 18 with a message. What can i do to resolve? Thank you!

Hello!
This problem is a little bit difficult to fix, but it should work after this:
1. Press WIN+R
2. Type msconfig and hit Enter
3. Go to 'Services' tab
4. Click 'Disable all'
5. Restart your computer
6. Repeat steps 1-3 but click 'Enable all'
7. Restart again
8. Install Spotify
