CANNOT PURCHASE GIFT CARD

PLEASE assist me. I have sent four tweets and three e-mails and have received ZERO response. Starting to think there is no solution, so I won't get a response.

 

I am attempting to buy a gift card. I continue to get an error message for no reason whatsoever. It just says "Oops, something went wrong, please try again or check out our help".

 

I have literally tried this DOZENS of times. I even tried just opening a brand new account for my friend, and it just says the e-mail was already used! I have even tried other e-mail addresses (that I am POSITIVE do not have an account attached) to see if I could get through to the next page for the gift card...it does not work.

 

I have found numerous people with this issue online and there really isn't a resolution. PLEASE help me.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
