CANT SEND PIN

Im trying to avail Php 150/3 months subscription but i cant receive a pin because send pin is not working. I think this is maybe because earlier it worked and i used the pin but i didn't realize i didn'y have any balance left, so purchase was unsuccessful. Pls help thanks!!!

Based on the description of your post, we're understanding that you're having issues with redeeming one of our offers.

If that's the case and if you're getting an error message when trying to redeem the offer - it means that you're not eligible.

Keep in mind that the current 3 months Premium offer is for people that haven't tried Premium before - new subscribers. It's possible that you see the promotion for this on Spotify's home page when you're not logged in because the site can't track if you've had a subscriptions before. Sorry if that has caused any confusion!
