Cambio a Premium con MOVISTAR - Error SSL Certificado Seguridad no de confianza

Hola.

Soy suscriptor "Unlimited". He intentado acogerme a la oferta de Movistar para subir a "Premium" a través de http://spotify.movistar.es/

Cuando he aceptado que Spotyfy comparta con ellos mis datos de la cuenta, me ha redirigido a una página que el navegador me dice: error SSL "el certificado no es de confianza" y me recomienda no proseguir:

¿Alguna sugerencia para poder realizar el cambio con seguridad?

Se trata de un problema temporal en la página de Movistar. Quizás lo mejor sea que vuelvas a intentarlo más tarde. Si el problema persiste pasado un rato, vuelve a escribirnos.

Tengo el mismo problema, ya lo he intentado varias veces en dias distintos pero parece que el problema no se soluciona.

Hay alguna otra forma de poder tener Spotify Premium sin tener que pasar por este error de seguridad?

Este mismo problema lo tengo yo y no hay manera de solucionarlo, desde movistar dicen que ya lo tengo activado pero no es asi en spotify.

Alguien me puede ayudar poque este error lleva ya muchos meses y somos muchos igual. Siento k nos stan timando y no hablo de spotify.

Sorry for the english reply, I hope its okay. 

The best thing to do here is get in touch with the Spanish support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to troubleshoot this further with you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

The issue appears to be on Movistar's website not Spotify might be worth getting in touch with them too.
