Can a free user change change song positions in collaborative playlists

My Question or Issue

Free users can’t change song positions for their playlists. But what if they have a collaborative playlist with someone who does have premium?

No I assume,

It's about the user rights, not about the rights of the user who created the playlist.

It's quite easy to test of course, create a spotify free account and check.
