Can change country, nothing works.

Hello, i got spotify premium, and i have followed the instructions on how to change country. I click on update payment information or what ever it says. And then i click on change country, and i select Sweden. After that, all it does is load, nothing else. It wont stop loading ever, so i tried to add my swedish paypal first, which worked. Then it said that because my paypal is swedish, i have to change country to sweden. So i click on "change country to sweden" or something like that. But the button doesnt work at all, doesnt even load. I have tried different web browser, even tried it on my android phone but it wont work. Can someone please help me with this? :s Really annoying

I have the same problem. Tried in Chrome and Safari. This is stupid.
