Can not generate device password

Hi, I cannot generate my device password. I am using facebook to login and trying to generate device password but error below show.

"We're sorry, your email address was not available, please try to log out, log back in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support."

We're looking into this at the moment. In the meantime, you can create an App Password in your FB preferences.

Just to check, was there a particular reason that you were looking to set a device password? For example, with Playstation you can login using the Spotify Connect Feature. Find out more at: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/guides/#!/article/spotify-connect.
