Can not log in

I recently ended my contact with vodafone and therefore loosing my spotify premium. I tried to upgrade to premium with my card details and paypal - but both do not work. When trying to click the paypla option, it just says there has been a issue and that I should check spotify community, which didn't help. 

I therefore tried to log out and create a new spotify account - but that didn't work either

So I tried loggin back into my original spotify account - and now I can not log in and it just says there has been a error. 

Can someone recommend what to do - cause spotify has giving me no help, even when emailing them and tweeting them

I ALSO CANT USE THE APP ON MY PHONE .I SAYS IM ALREADY LOGGED IN SO I LOGGED OUT OF ALL DEVISES AND STILL NO LUCK

Mine has been fixed, had to go through my carrier as it was linked. Pain in the side though!
