Problems logging in and possible hacked account

Problems logging in and possible hacked account

This all started when I was stuck in traffic and my phone tried to connect to another device.  I tried to pick the option that would keep me from connecting to that device and I must have chosen the wrong option, because subsequently lost all of my playlists and saved albums.  I sent Spotify an email regarding this issue, they responded, and I responded with the information they required.  I cannot reset my password since I signed up using Facebook, and the email listed under my account information is not my e-mail, but, what I am assuming, is the e-mail of whomever accidentally hacked my account.  I still have not received a solution, and the problem has only gotten worse since now I cannot even log into my Spotify account!  I have sent ANOTHER e-mail and am trying this forum to incite some sort of response from Spotify.  It's kind of ridiculous that a company such as this does not have a customer service line with a human being to help resolve issues like this in a swift manner.

Hey @Rambosmalls

I think that Spotify Support would be better suited to help you, but I would suggest using the link I provide to ensure they get in contact with you 🙂

You can contact Spotify Support on this Contact Form Here.

This is a special contact form that allows you to select the email to which Spotify Support will reply too 🙂

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and I will escalate the issue for you 🙂

I hope this helped solve your issue 🙂
