Can't Login

Plan - Premium (Family related plan)

Country - USA

 

Device - iPhone X, Laptop

 

Operating System - iOS 12.31.1 and Windows 10

 

My Question or Issue - Yesterday, I went on my Spotify app and noticed I am no longer logged in. I put in my password and kept being greeted with the message that my username/email and password combination is incorrect. The password was most definitely being entered correctly. I took another measure and decided to reset my password, yet I still cannot seem to get the reset password e-mail to come through. I am almost certain I have the correct e-mail address as well. 

 

I have attempted to contact support via their chat system but the chat never seems to load and I have put in my e-mail address and it has been well over 4 hours without any response. Additionally, I have sent an e-mail to support@spotify.com well over 5 hours ago.

As you are almost certian your're using the right e-mail address i suggest you first use this help page to locate all account listed with your details.
