I am unable to login as I’ve forgotten my password and can’t access my old email address to reset it.
I can’t change my email in the app without knowing my password. Is there anything you can do to help? Thank you!

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here (as is recommended in this FAQ article). They can help you to update the email address for your Spotify account so that you can log in again.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I could really use some advice.
When I first created my Spotify account, I used my university email. Unfortunately, my university recently discontinued its lifetime email service, so my email is no longer active.
Now I need to update my email on the account, but there's a problem: I've also forgotten my password. Without access to the email or the password, I'm stuck and unable to make changes.
I’m hoping someone can guide me through a solution so I don’t have to start over and lose all my playlists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
So what you need to do is log out from the Spotify website and the app to then go to the online version of Spotify then type in you username and then click wear it says reset password then fellow the on screen instructions as given on the website. I hope this will help you out.
