Can't cancel premium for mum, website account is her ex.'s

Can't cancel premium for mum, website account is her ex.'s

I've tried to cancel my mums premium subscription for her but when I click account on the spotifuggle app and come to the website the account it takes us to is her ex.'s I was wondering if there is any help for this ideally to keep her playlists and such but switch her account on here to one of her own and to cancel the subscription to her profile?

It sounds like your Mum's Facebook is attached to her ex's Spotify account (which would mean that is not the account she is paying premium for anyways). 

 

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form with the email address used to create the account they should be able to get this sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
