Can't cancel without facebook

I do not have facebook any longer (can't reactive it either, its gone) and I want to delete my Premium account, however, I can not log into spotify without facebook. I created spotify with facebook. 

Please help me delete my account - the only thing i have left that can link me to my account is my email that i used (when i tried to create a new account it says my email was still in use).
