Can't change country/location settings

My Question or Issue

I moved to Canada from Australia in August 2018, and I have been trying to change my location settings. Despite having my Spotify account linked to my Canadian credit card and residing in Canada, I am still unable to change the country (it comes up as a greyed out box in the account settings menu).

Has anyone had a similar issue?
