Can't change my country or billing information

Can't change my country or billing information

I moved from the US to the NL, have followed all the instructions online (, and can't update my country or payment method (with the new country zip code). 

I have a premium account.

This is beyond frustrating...

HELP! Please!

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to update your country following the steps on the link you sent.


If you run into the same error message, I suggest cancelling the subscription you have with the US payment method. Once the subscription goes back to Free, you'll be able to update the country first, and then purchase Premium with the correct payment details.
