Can't change payment details

Hi I've been trying to change my the card on my payment method. Every time I press change payment details, it always says 'Something went wrong. Try again, or get help'. I've tried several time within these past few weeks but the same error message shows up. I'm sure that the card details are correct. Is someone else having the same problem?

Hi if it is not letting you do this most people ah e reported that The best way to deal with this issue is to go to the bottom of this page and click on "About". Then you will see some options, click on "Contact us". You will then click on payment details and type in a questions or problem you're having and someone from spotify can actually assist through this chat. They might have to cancel your subscription and send a link to renew the subscription worse case.
