Can't change payment method

Hi, I want to put another credit card in my account but when I try it, its said that there's a problem with my credit card/bank, I already talked with my bank and they said that I have no restrictions at all and that the website are making attempts to charge $0.00, I mean it can be because my cycle isn't over yet, that's why I want to change it now, so I can be charged in the new credit card.

I have the same problem, I has traying to change my credit card since yesterday and is the same answer, my credit card its OK, I have made diferente boughts trought internet without any problem, the only problem i have is with spotify. Hope recive answer soon.
