Can't change profile picture

I can't change my profile picture, i reinstalled spotify multiple times on windows 10 but nothing ..

Could you try creating another user account on your PC and install Spotify there to see if that helps?

No changes, still no button to change

If you're having troubles updating the profile picture on the desktop app, make sure to first try the following:

• Log out of Spotify and back in to shake things up 
• Perform a quick or a thorough reinstallation of the app following the steps in this Spotify Answer 

If the issue persists after that, add your +VOTE in this thread and details in a comment below:

• Your device and its OS (operating system) version
• The exact version of the Spotify app on that device
• Any screenshots of the issue would be helpful

I've followed these instructions and I still can't change the profile image.  The change option does not show up.
