Can't click on my profile on Mobile!

My Question or Issue

i cant click on my profile nor i can change my profile name. a friend of mine asked for playlists. i simply cant get any access. i really need help. it just says "something went wrong" i would like to change my name because thats where the issue is i think.

Are you trying to access your account overview page without success ?

Adding a screenshot (please make sure to hide sensitive info) my help out.
