Can't figure out how to access my mobile account

So, I have two accounts, one from my laptop and one on my phone. The one on my phone was created because at the time I didn't know what my password was. The problem is that I cannot remember how I got that account set up, so I can't log into it anywhere else and i'd really like to. I have an iphone 8 if it matter. Thank you
