Can't get in

I had to reset my password and I got the email to do that. And then I reset it through my email and tried to log back in on the app and it still says my password is wrong. I also subscribed to premium and paid for it through my email and I don't know if I'm still going to be charged if it didn't actually changed my password

If you still are not able to access your account, please ensure you are entering the correct email/username.

 

if you created an account using facebook, that you are logging in via facebook.
