Can’t join another person’s plan for 12 months

Can’t join another person’s plan for 12 months

My husband cannot join my family plan.  He's getting this message: 

 

It now tells me I can’t join another person’s plan for 12 months, so I had to get my own. You can downgrade back to what you had before. 

 

 

 

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Hey there!

Please follow this guide and make sure there are no unused or incorrect accounts connected to your family plan. Maybe remove and reinvite everyone to the plan?
