Can't log in to account

Tried to recover my old account but it said I dont have an account associated with the email I created my account??? And when im trying to create an account with that email it says it's already taken, that account is named Benn.1 if it helps, would love to get my playlist back becuase have some songs i forgot and would be nice to get them back...no response from support ticket so far..
