My Question or Issue

When I go to log into my account with my email it says the email is not attached to an account but when I go to create a new account with the same email it says that it IS attached to an account so I can use it

Have you already attempted to reset the password under your account?

 

Try to reset using this link here: https://accounts.spotify.com/us/password-reset

 

Also, when you try to log into this account, are you manually typing the email or it's the saved email on the App or browser? 

Check if the email is correct and try again with the new password.
