Can't log in via Facebook

Hi all,

I have a second £4.99/month account that I can't log in to via Facebook. When I open Spotify on my desktop and try, my browser opens briefly, then closes and Spotify shows error code 3: username/password incorrect. 

When I try logging in via Facebook on Spotify.co.uk, it says "you do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account" blah blah. 

My account IS linked to Facebook, it's shown in my Facebook apps and my activity history shows songs I've listened to. This is also a problem on my phone. 

Most peculiar; help would be much appreciated.

Follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.
