My Question or Issue

I just got the family plan my wife is trying to accept the invitation I sent her but when she clicks the link to accept and log in but every time she trys to log in it says invalid username or password she has tried making a new a account at this point and same thing I've sent her three different invites but everytime she trys to log in she gets the same message invalid username or password

Could you try sending her another invite using a different email address?

Send it to a alternative email for her? I'm not sure she has one will have
to get her to make one I have a couple emails but she doesn't could I try
sending it to one of my alternative emails and make her account that way?
