Can't log in

My other account session was closed, I did not do that and now I cannot log in again. I wanted to reset my password and they don't send me the email either, I don't know what to do, I need help 😞

Could you try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window? Also, check your spam/junk folders to see if the password reset email is located there. 

Just to make sure it's not device-related - are you able to log in to your Spotify account here?
