Can’t log into my account but password wasn’t changed

Can’t log into my account but password wasn’t changed

 if i can no longer get into my account, i’d like to cancel my premium. i also can’t change my password because the email connected to the account was hacked so i am unable to receive emails there.

Hey @nap1422, sorry to hear this!

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
