Yes, it tells me the user name or password isn't correct...but clearly that is not the case. I have changed the password and pasted the new one in...and the password and user name works online but not in the application. I have deleted the application and done a clean install as well.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
