Can't login to account

Can't login to account

This morning I got an email stating I've canceled my premium subscription which I have not, and now can't login to my account on any device. When I try to login to the website I get "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area". 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Let's try following this troubleshooting to see if you can find the Spotify account.

 

If you can't, let us know if your account is set up via Facebook. We'll see what we can suggest.
