Hi I have a spotify premium account which I got from my vodafone contract but can no longer login on any devices.
When I try to login I get a message saying user name or password are incorrect and when I try to reset my password it says the email address has no account assigned to it.
If I use the username to reset my password it says it has sent me an email but I don't then receive an email.
All the login details were save on my android phone but that won't logon either.
Please help.

I've had to open a second free account to be able to post the above issue.

Hey @jamesb07b, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Try signing up again with the email that is says no account is connected to, and if you can’t sign up to Spotify with it, then I really recommend getting in touch with Customer Support using this link.

They’ll be able to try and locate your account and see what they can to help you!
