Can't make device password HELP!

I am a SPOTIFY premium user and have been trying to generate a device password to use the webplayer. I don't receive emails when I request one and I've generated FB passwords which don't work when I go to use them. I can't login using facebook from the device im using(don't ask why just know it's not an option) so I need to use my account name/number and a generated password.

Please generate me a password to be used to login to the web player online from a desktop and email it to me. I pay for this service I ought to be able to use it. Thanks.

Are you serious? Did you even READ what I wrote? I saw this post and already tried that. IT DOESNT WORK. Please give me a solution I can use before I cancel my service. This is ridiculous.
