Can't unsubscribe

Hello 

Yesterday I've tried to cancel my subscription because today my subscription renews and I have to pay. 

Everything was okay, i've cancelled my subscription, no errors. But today I received a  mail from Paypal that 9,99 € went from my account. 

Today I tried to cancel again, it says everything is okay but when I check the information about my subscription it says it's still going on. 

Can someone tell me whats going wrong?

I am trying to unsubscribe from Spotify but won't give me an option to unsubscribe. Help! they also are taking money from me on a family account which i did not authorize.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You need to go into your Paypal Account and block the payment from there. Log in to Paypal, at the top right there are three icons, a bell, a cog and logout. Select the cog icon. That takes you to your account settings. In that screen you will see a tab for "payment", select that tab. Then you will see "manage upcomming payments" and "preapproved payments". From there you can block the payments to Spotify. Then reclaim the payment that was made after you cancelled the subscription by contacting Paypal customer services.
