Cancel Subscription help please

Hello I have been trying to cancel my spotify payment for a long time and I am so frustrated as no one responds but tells me to go to help pages.
The subscription under my account is free but every month I get charged 9.99 what do I do?

top right hand side click the three lines

click account

click subscription

cancel my subscription

I was charged today for my account. If i cancel it today will i still be able to listen for the rest of the month that i paod for (all the wat through 2/18/2016)?

Hey @Rashannah and @hojichalatte
When you pay a month of premium it's like pre-paying for the month ahead. So if you cancel, you should have until then before your ad-based free subscription kicks in.
