I cancelled my premium subscription and it said everything was ok. I just checked my credit card today and i got charged for another month. Is it possible to get refunded for this month because I clearly cancelled it and it charged me for an extra month anyways.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails--that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.
If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
