Cancelled my sub, still got charged.

Cancelled my sub, still got charged.

So, I recently canceled my sub, since I can't afford it right now, just saw that I still got charged for it, how do I get in contact with the right persons? I want my money back, not paying for something that I havent signed for.

 

Also on another note, really **bleep**ty support system here. While it is a very big company, but they do not have proper staff.

 

Any ideas???

Hey @scpanda,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

It got resolved, I will get my money refunded.

iv had the same problem, how are you getting your money back please as its happened to me twice now after iv canceled it 3 times
