Cancelled service months ago, now billed for premium

Cancelled service months ago, now billed for premium

Dear Spotify,

My bank notifies me that I'm about to be billed for Spotify premium. I cancelled the service months ago and haven't been using Spotify since. I have now cancelled my subscription but I wish to not be billed. Thank you for input!

Hey @astralwerks,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Well, it seems like billing have started again and my bank have booked the
withdrawal. This seems like a technical or security issue but I can't reach
Spotify support, only this community 😞

Hi, thanks for checking back! (I tried mailing you but unfortunately it
bounced.) I got hold of Spotify support on Facebook and they helped me with
a refund. It was a three-month deal that automatically renewed even tough I
had cancelled it. Thank you for help! //John
