Cancelled subscription, but still got charged.

Hi, I cancelled my subscription to premium last week as I now get it as part of a deal with vodafone.  However, this morning I was charged 9.99 via paypal in any event.  I have cancelled again today but I need to be refunded immediately.

 

I have been trying to contact you via the only method available - this wonderful contact form but it will not allow me to complete any information.  You have no telephone support so how I am supposed to resolve this problem!

 

Please reply as soon as possible.

Please could you try using this Support Form, and seeing if it works for you?

 

If you post your case number, I'll make sure someone takes a look at it 🙂
