Cancelled subscription entirely, got confirmation but still invoiced?!

Hi,

I cancelled my premium for family a few days ago. My new month starts at the 12th, so I was in time to cancel my subscription.

Once I cancelled I saw in my account that Spotify was back to the free mode and that I did not have to pay anything.

This morning though I saw a deduction for the monthly fee off of my account?! And later today I received an email from Spotify welcoming me to premium for family ?!

I wanted to cancel, I did cancel it, got confirmation but once I thought it was ok, I see my account was deducted and I receive a welcome mail. Very strange.

Can someone help me? I want to cancel on the date that I cancelled on, not pay an extra month for something I do not want.

I would contact spotify support and explain with situaiton. You have the proof that you canceled so it shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah I would like to, but I don't see a button 'suppprt' anywhere and I don't have twitter of facebook. I don't get it why there isn't an email address somewhere...or am I overlooking something? Do you know the email or the place where I can find it?
