Cancelling Annual Subscription

Hi everyone, 

How do I cancel my annual prepaid subscription, or downgrade it to a monthly plan? Is it even possible? I'm getting frustrated by searching for answers, and the lack of ability to directly contact support.

Yes there is a way to change your subscription option. Follow these steps and it will take you to the payment area.

1. Go to Spotify.com and sign in to your account
2. Once you have signed in click on "Profile" located on the top right corner, then click on Account
3. You will then be taken to your account overview, and there you will see "Manage Plan" 
4. There you will see change or cancel, click on change and then you will be able to change your subscription
